We haven’t had a boss throughout Covid on the ward and Lorna stepped up and led the way and still continues to do so. She has been the most incredible support to all of us as a team and we can’t thank her enough for her support. She is always encouraging her staff and helping us thrive and is always giving us many opportunities in our roles to better ourselves.
